About Facelift Surgery
A facelift, or rhytidectomy, addresses visible signs of aging in the face and neck. By lifting and repositioning deeper tissues, we restore a naturally youthful contour without an overdone appearance.
Our Approach
We specialize in the deep-plane facelift technique, which provides more comprehensive and longer-lasting results than traditional methods. This approach lifts the SMAS layer (superficial musculoaponeurotic system) for a natural rejuvenation.
The Procedure
- Consultation — Detailed facial analysis and discussion of your rejuvenation goals.
- Preparation — General anesthesia or IV sedation for your comfort.
- Surgery — Incisions are concealed along the hairline and around the ears. Deep tissues are repositioned and excess skin is removed.
- Recovery — Light dressings are applied. Sutures are removed at 7–10 days. Most patients feel presentable within 2–3 weeks.
